This was my second time to stay in The Birds Nest and won’t be my last! Perfect location close to everything in Alvor yet still quiet at night time. 2 minutes walk to all the bars and restaurants. The villa is stunning and ideal for a large group. The many terraces are amazing, particularly the roof with BBQ and hot tub! Rey could not have been more helpful and accommodating to requests.

Everything was great about this place. It was well located in a side street very close to all the action of the main strip, but far enough not to be noisy. Parking was available just down the road and it was free. The host was flexible because we needed to gain access early, being a large group with lots of bags. The hot tub on the roof was a bonus with a great view. All rooms were well furnished and decent bathrooms. I would highly recommend.

The property was fantastic for 3 families of 4. Everyone had beds, lots of bathrooms and the roof top hot tub was a huge hit. Decor was very modern, the unit was clean, and the property manager was very helpful. Rey also was great at getting back to me when there were questions as we got closer to the check-in. The house itself is about a 30 second walk from shopping, restaurants, etc.. and roughly a 10 minute walk to the beach. All doable! I highly recommend this property.

The Bird’s Nest absolutely lived up to our (high) expectations. I stayed with a group of friends. It is a perfect location for restaurants, the beach, walking on the boardwalks, and we had no need for cars/taxis (not easy for a large group). The outdoor areas are perfect for catching the sun as it moves during the day, all with plenty of seating/loungers. The property is spacious, lots of room in the bedrooms, even the two smaller ones on the ground floor have good wardrobe space and are perfectly adequate. Bathrooms are designed to a high standard and walk in showers are large. The kitchen must be the best equipped kitchen in Alvor. We were short of nothing! The owners were there to greet us and hand over the keys. They were extremely accommodating and willing to fit in with our flights etc and nothing was too much trouble. Would I stay here again…. most definitely. Thank you for making our holiday fantastic.

We enjoyed an incredible week at the beautiful Birds Nest. The owners were always fast with a response and even managed to let us check in early on our arrival day. The location is perfect and walkable to everything you could possibly want to see or do. The house is wonderfully appointed and the owners have thought of everything you could need for a dinner at home for a large group or just enjoying time with friends relaxing at the house. Outstanding value for the money.
